I hope you enjoyed the November Habit Challenge! The last step to qualify for the prizes (top prize of £500) is to complete a review of your habit challenge in November:

I would be really grateful if you could write me a short testimonial below for your November Habit Challenge...
These three questions can help as a prompt:
- What was your habit struggle?
- What has helped you?
- What specific results have you got?

SOME GUIDANCE
Here’s how to write a good testimonial in no more than two to three sentences (it will take you 5 minutes max)
PAIN – What was your habit struggle? The psychology of this is that people relate to your struggle because they are suffering from it.
PROCESS – What has helped you? It could be the support, training, habit change method, community, daily emails, or tracking. The psychology of this shows how you overcame your struggle, making it believable for the reader.
PROGRESS – What specific results have you got? The psychology of this is that specific numbers or details make the testimonial more compelling.
Here are a couple of examples that use the three P’s of a good testimonial:
“I’ve always struggled with procrastination (relate). The app has helped me stay consistent by tracking every time I do my habit (belief). Now I’ve been able to meditate for 10 days straight. It’s been easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend it (compel).
Or…
“I’ve always struggled to exercise consistently (relate). The Micro Momentum Method has helped me make the habit stick using the brilliant tools. The Show-up Dial has helped me the most (belief). I’m now exercising three times a week consistently (compel)
